Supply Chain Network Optimization & Distribution Strategy

Designed an end-to-end decision support solution to optimize a multi-warehouse distribution network using Power BI, Gravity Models, and scenario-based analysis. The project evaluated alternative network configurations by balancing capacity, transportation costs, warehouse utilization, service level agreements (SLAs), and customer coverage to identify the most operationally and financially sustainable solution.

Developed interactive dashboards to compare logistics scenarios, validate warehouse capacity, optimize facility locations, assess freight economics, and support strategic supply chain decisions through data-driven insights and executive reporting.
